Just as importantly, the beef itself is not changing. The cattle will continue to be raised by Horstmann Cattle Company on our Missouri farm using the same regenerative practices and standards our customers have come to trust. While Show Me Pastures will be handling sales, delivery, and customer fulfillment, customers can continue to enjoy locally raised Horstmann beef sourced directly from our cattle and our pastures.

Show Me Pastures will be bringing back the popular Tuesday home delivery service. Using a freezer truck, they will deliver your beef directly to your doorstep, making it easier than ever to stock your freezer with locally raised meat.
Customers will also be able to purchase products from Show Me Pastures at the Tower Grove Farmers Market in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to home delivery, this provides another convenient option for local pickup while strengthening connections within the local food community.
